Weapons

The Hjortspring find includes one of the largest finds of weapons from that period in the Northern Europe. The weapon finds consists of more than 50 shields, 169 spearheads, shafts of spears, 11 swords and rust-prints of chain mail.
Generally the weapons are very different, as if the individual soldier has brought his own arms.

Tools, utensils, etc.

The Hjortspring find includes other things apart from the boat and the weapons. A variety of everyday things were found.
